In February 2015, Claudie Brassard, founder of Nos Cabanes, began her journey into Quebec's terroir, which led her to maple syrup. By visiting local markets and connecting with producers, she discovered their rich family histories, often spanning generations. These findings and relationships inspired her to create a business showcasing the qualities and beauty of this traditional Quebec product.
